Movements are about more than just marches and speeches. It’s about building trust, leaders and sustainable organizations that can bring about the change they want. Join us for a day and a half of workshops where participants will:

  • Practice effective networkingteam-building, and techniques to make connections to new resources.
  • Explore triple bottom line justice movements focused on environment, food and economic justice.
  • Build practical skills to craft a top-notch elevator speech, coordinate an event, host better meetings, andmore!
  • Meet with funders who will share priorities and how to connect *and* network with innovative leaders from across NC!

Resourceful Communities will provide all meals and snacks. A mileage allowance (see chart below) will be provided (one per car) and overnight lodging (all rooms are based on double-occupancy) will be offered to participants driving more than 2 hours (one-way) to the workshop.
