Certificate in Therapeutic Horticulture

Offered by the North Carolina Botanical Garden.

Comprehensive instruction in a series of 24 classes offered on weekends, providing classroom instruction, hands-on activities and field trips. Class time totals to 70 hours. There is a take-home exam, and a required 40-hour internship. Instructors for these classes include AHTA registered horticultural therapists, NC Botanical Garden horticulture staff, allied health professionals, and other accomplished experts in their respective fields. 

Registration will open 12 p.m., April 2, 2018.
