Fall is nature's pause

The time between the energy and growth of summer and a transition to the cold and the slower pace of winter.

A pause is defined as a temporary stop, a break, or a brief suspension of activity. This transition season is a time to regroup and reflect.

It may literally be about your garden. What worked/what didn't; a time to create a wish list for next year. It can also be a period of personal introspection. A pause after a hectic growing season to observe the beauty that was hidden in the leaves and to breathe in the crisp cool air.

Reflection leads to restoration and reconnection.
